show me a garden that's bursting into life

Last Friday was crazy! We were running around town looking for the best place for Jacky's graduation dinner and we finally stepped into Rica's. I only used to read about this cafe in the magazines since they always recommend dining here when you're in Cebu. It's such a shame that magazines across the Philippines have been here and us who live in Cebu have never tasted their food nor sit in their couch while conversing with friends. The place is really charming and ideal for a romantic date with your boy or just have dinner with your girlfriends. They're not really pricey considering it's located near the posh village of Maria Luisa. Most of the items in the menu's a set list but drinks not included. To say that the food is great is not enough. In fact, I would want to go back to the place and dine. Too bad we weren't able to book them because of time constraints. Of course, we can't just leave without having a taste with one of their dish. Pizza FTW! :)
